AR Dynamics Inc ("AR Dynamics," "we," "us," or "our") operates ardynamicsinc.com and provides AI-powered software and services to businesses (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

a. Information you give us directly

• Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you provide through forms, our AI chat, or email.
• Payment information: when you purchase a plan or custom build, payment details are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, chat, phone, or form, including conversations with our AI agents.

b. Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some Services may not function correctly without them.

c. Information from your end customers (if you use our Services)

If you use AR Dynamics to handle calls, chats, leads, or appointments for your business, we will process information about your customers — including names, contact details, and conversation content — on your behalf. You are the controller of that data; we act as a processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling your customers about the AI involvement.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications, security alerts)
• Send marketing emails — only if you opted in or have a customer relationship with us; you can unsubscribe at any time
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

3. AI processing

Our Services use third-party large language models (currently including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI). When you or your customers interact with our AI agents, that conversation content is sent to those providers to generate a response. Our providers operate under their own privacy and data-handling terms, and they do not use this content to train their public models when accessed through their commercial APIs. We retain conversation history to operate the product (e.g., agent memory, transcripts, lead capture) for as long as your account is active or until you delete it.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services, under written agreements that restrict their use of the data. Current providers include: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models), Twilio or VAPI (telephony, where applicable), and Telegram (operational notifications).
• Authorities or third parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply).

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account closure, we retain limited records (billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance) for up to seven years, and then delete or anonymize the rest. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest where supported by our providers, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security and recommend you use strong, unique passwords.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information
• Deletion: ask us to delete your information
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any marketing email
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly process the personal information of minors under 16.
• EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): additional rights including the right to object, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to that transfer.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party services (e.g., CallVS, AALP, app stores). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (email or a notice on the site). Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
